What all is included in my service?

    Both our standard and deep cleans include light picking up, dusting, cleaning bathrooms and kitchen, and vacuuming and mopping floors. Take a look at our Services page to see a detailed list!  

Do you service my area?

  We service most of the east side of Portland. That includes St. Johns, Northeast, and Southeast. We do not serve the Gresham or Milwauki areas or anything over the bridge on the west side.

How long will my house take to clean?

  Good question! The average time for cleaning is around 2 to 3 hours. The time it takes depends on the size of your home, the level of cleanliness, and any extra tasks you would like us to include. Keep in mind that the first time we come to your home will likely be a longer visit than anytime after.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

  Our cleaners have everything they need to get the job done! We bring our own vacuums, cleaning products, trash bags, and tools so you don’t have to worry about a thing!

Why was my cleaning request not accepted?

  We are not obligated to accept clients and there are many reasons why your home may not be a good fit for our cleaning services. Generally, potential clients are denied because they are outside of our service area. However, there could also be safety issues in the home. Hoarding, black mold, illegal activity, and under construction areas are all possible reasons for denial. We take the safety of our employees seriously and prioritize keeping them out of harm’s way.

Why do you need my credit card information if I don’t pay until after my cleaning is finished?

  If you are paying with a credit card, we need to hold your information to create the booking. Your charge will be put on hold the day of your service, but it will not be charged until end of day. If any changes need to be made to your bill for any reason, you will always be contacted to confirm the changes before your card is charged.

How often should I get my home cleaned?

  We offer weekly, biweekly, and monthly cleaning routines. Most people find that biweekly is the best for maintaining their initial deep clean. However, it just depends on your needs. Homes with pets and small children usually get dirty much quicker than other homes and a single adult’s home can stay clean much longer. If you’re not sure where to start, we generally advise clients to start with biweekly and you can always move up or down from there.

How do I change my credit card?

  Any changes made to your account can be made by clicking the “Login” link at the top right of the page or following the link included in your welcome email. From there, you can update your payment method, change your phone number or address, or change the frequency of your service/cancel your service.
